What began in my home in Scotland (Paula's Place Scotland) facilitating AHI facilitator trainings and groups online - is now evolving. The vision is to launch The Centre for Attitudinal Healing UK in 2026, and offer trainings in the core principles and guidelines of AH, as well as group facilitation, and other AH-based approaches.
My motivation for founding AHUK comes from a deep belief that Attitudinal Healing is a powerful, easily accessible path back to our true nature—helping us tune in to our inner voice and experience the peace and love that’s within us, always.
