Attitudinal Healing UK was founded out of a will to share the principles, guidelines and the group process of Attitudinal Healing with people across the UK.
When I first discovered AH, my life was shaped by fear-based beliefs and behaviours. On the outside, I tried to appear fine—but inside, I was caught in a storm of anger, negativity, and deep self-loathing.
Joining my first AH group over five years ago was a turning point. I felt an immense sense of relief in realising I wasn’t alone - that others walk through the same feelings having different experiences. That connection was a lifeline. What I wanted most was inner peace and genuine happiness. The Principles of AH have become a gentle, constant reminder that guide me each day, helping me let go of fear and live from a place of love, trust, and acceptance.
The Centre for Attitudinal Healing UK is located at Paula's Place, on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Taynuilt, Argyll, Scotland.
If you are interested in joining an Attitudinal Healing group online or in person, or wanting to participate in an Attitudinal Healing facilitator training, or any other AH trainings, please contact Paula at: attitudinalhealinguk@gmail.com.
Paula is also available to give talks about Attitudinal Healing if you'd like to know more. Her goal is to have a network of Attitudinal Healing support groups running across the UK and offer facilitator training, an ongoing facilitator support network, helping you set up your own Attitudinal Healing group.
